Volunteer with us! We look for volunteers to help with community improvement projects, fundraising
events, and offer support to Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District's events and programs. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals and groups to give back to the community and earn community service hours.

Volunteer for Event Committee
Want to help us plan fundraising events?
This is a great opportunity to gain non-profit and event planning experience without the commitment of joining the board.
​
We host 3-4 events annually. The event committee meets as needed per the event calendar.
​
What does the committee help with?

Obtain donations and in-kind gifts.

Research and bring ideas to the committee!

Solicit proposals and secure vendors.

Logistics- assist with venue selection and setup, equipment and technology, cleanup, and post-event evaluation.

Event Day- setup, execution, and clean up and take down.
